Memberships

Refund Policy: After Purchasing a Membership, you have 24 hours from the transaction time stamp to review our information and membership. Refunds will be available if you are not satisfied with your membership within that time span. No refunds will be available after the 24 hour time period. This applies to first time members.

All refund requests MUST BE EMAILED to customerservice@ags-4grwth.com and must include the following for a valid Refund Request: a) First and Last Name b) Address and Phone Number c) Order/Transaction ID and last six digits from the credit card used to join d) email and/or username and password) e) Reason for cancellation and refund request; this request MUST BE SIGNED AND DATED. This information and your signature are needed for verification and identification purposes. Again, this Refund Policy is offered for exactly 24 hours after your membership purchase. We offer this because we stand by our membership and service and we are confident you will see the value of an Alternative Growth Streams membership. All memberships are automatically renewed at the end of their monthly, quarterly or yearly term. By joining Alternative Growth Streams, Inc., you agree and understand that this is an Automatic renewing monthly, quarterly or yearly membership and cancellation must be made no later than 5 days in advance of the renewal date. To cancel your auto-renewing account, simply email customerservice@ags-4grwth.com and ask to cancel your membership from being billed for the next billing cycle. We ask you to include relevant membership information for verification purposes and, if possible, the reason for cancellation of your membership.

Retail Items

Customers are the lifeblood of AGS and as such, we want all customers to have a premier experience with our site. Customers will have the ability to try us out by looking at free content, receiving periodic newsletters and using a trial membership before paying full retail cost for any retail products offered by AGS. Due to the nature of the retail products being offered, all retail sales are final.
