Memberships

Refund Policy:  After purchasing a Membership with AGS, each Member has 24 hours from the transaction time stamp to review the AGS information and membership terms. Refunds will be available within that time span if the Member is not satisfied with its membership.  No refunds will be available after the 24 hour time period.  In other words, Members will be billed for the first month after 24 hours.  This 24 hour grace period only applies to first time Members. 

All refund requests MUST BE EMAILED to customerservice@ags-4grwth.com and must include the following information about such requesting Member for a valid refund request:  (a) first and last name, (b) address and phone number, (c) order/transaction ID and last six digits from the credit card used to join, (d) email and/or username and password, and (e) reason for cancellation and refund request.  This information is needed for verification and identification purposes.  Again, this Refund Policy is offered for exactly 24 hours after a new Membership is purchased.  AGS offers this as it stands by its Membership and Service and is confident each Member will see the value of an AGS Membership.  All Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of their monthly, quarterly, or yearly term, as the case may be.  By joining AGS, each Member agrees and understands that this is an automatically renewing monthly, quarterly, or yearly membership; and cancellation must be made no later than 5 days in advance of the renewal date.  To cancel, a Member must simply email customerservice@ags-4grwth.com and ask to cancel a Membership from being billed for the next billing cycle.  AGS requests that each such Member include the same relevant membership information as above for verification purposes and, if possible, the reason for cancellation of Membership.

Retail Items

Customers are the lifeblood of AGS, and as such, AGS wants all customers to have a premier experience with our site.  Customers will have the ability to try out AGS by looking at free content and receiving periodic newsletters before paying full retail cost for any retail products offered by AGS.  Due to the nature of the retail products being offered, all retail sales are final.
